"
Do you accept payment plans?"

Yes, I'm happy to arrange for payments over time on original art!  A typical structure might look like a 25% deposit, followed by monthly payments until the balance is paid off.  Artwork ships once the full amount has been received.  All payments will be pre-scheduled through Paypal invoices, which you will receive by email following the schedule agreed to.  I am generally flexible on schedules and will do my best to accommodate what works best for you.  Email me for more info

Occasionally folks will fall behind or stop paying on a piece that is partially paid.  I understand, life happens.  Please reach out and let me know if this is the case.  Payments will be considered abandoned if you do not reach out to me within a year of your last payment made.

"What is your commission process?"

To ask about commissions, please email me and let me know what you're interested in.  Commissions fall generally into two categories: original art and commercial use.  These can be combined upon request.

Original Art

Pricing is based on complexity, size, and if any rush is needed for delivery. All pieces are typically oils on panel. Minimum pricing starts at $750 for a 5x7.  Some other common sizes and prices are $2500 for 12x16 inches and $5000 for 18x24 inches.  Shipping withing the USA and a personal letter is included.  Reproduction rights outside of personal use are not included.

Typically the process for an Original Art commission is to begin with an initial conversation about the type of piece that you are interested in. It is important for me to understand your taste and expectations to create the best piece custom for you.  The commission is confirmed with a non-refundable 50% deposit.  I will then present a sketch of the concept and discuss if the piece is on the right track.  Once approved, I move to work on the final.  I can document in progress stages on request.  Once the final is finished and approved, there is typically a waiting period of 3-4 weeks to allow curing of the paint so that a protective final varnish can safely be applied.  The painting is shipped when the final payment has been received.

Commercial Use

Pricing is based on complexity, usage, and turnaround.  Rates do not include ownership of original artwork.  The commission process typically involves an initial discussion of the project, followed by a presentation of rough concepts and feedback, followed by delivery of final art and final feedback.  High-res files are delivered digitally via dropbox.

"What is the shipping and return policy?"

Most in-stock items ship within 3 business days and you will receive an email from Paypal with confirmation and tracking info when your order ships.  I do not have an assistant and am processing orders myself, so on occasion I may run late or miss a notification of an order.  If you don't receive shipping confirmation after 3 business days, please feel free to email and follow up on the status.

Returns are accepted for 30 days after an item has been delivered and must be undamaged and in the original packaging.  If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately.

Shipping costs will not be refunded in returns of original art.

Custom, personalized, and commissioned pieces are non-returnable.  If you have an issue, please email me and I will do my best to find a solution.
